"This place is stunning. The views from the roof deck are captivating. You can see across the ocean to the horizon. There are very comfortable loungers on the roof deck and it is lots of fun to watch the foot traffic on quiet Ocean Walk.

"The structure faces west across a stretch of undeveloped land so there is a particularly pretty view at sunset. The pool is very nice. There is an exceptionally generous amount of room for the small number of guests the place accommodates - large roof deck with hot tub, pool level, oversized common area, etc.

"Jim goes out of his way for his guests and really treats everybody very nicely. There is iced tea and lemonade out for people to enjoy. Afternoon snacks are an added bonus. Continental breakfast is much more complete than we expected. The place is easy to find and convenient to the commercial area."
